This is really ridiculous. I don’t think Machiavelli meant that all religions should treated equally. You really only need to have a basic understanding of the time period to figure that’s probably not what he meant. He meant that a leader must appear devoted to religion. The appropriate and dominant religion of the community.

this is ridiculous i love god, however was raised jewish and catholic and your telling me that every relgion that believes of god (catholic, bapitst, etc.) comes into beliefs is wrong…….. no its not. you are wrong im sorry. jesus would most definitaly accept everyone not reject them dumbass. he was not judjmental nor was god they are loving so try to ger your shit strait dumbass

@PriscillaRelentless Which plays itself out as treating all religions equally. just as in modern politics. Representititves of the people describe themselves as “spiritual”. Its pathetic and easy to see. If you have your eyes open that is.

@dognamedcane At what point did this become about rejecting people? This is about the veracity of their religion not denegrating their belief. Jesus was the incarnated second person of the trinity, that means that all other religions, while noble in their desire to touch God, are false insofar as they are not teaching the full truth.

Being judgemental means being someones judge and passing sentence of punishment, it does not mean never making a determination on the veracity of things.
