This question has actually been kind of bugging me , but what are your thoughts on the latin mass and the new mass, is there only one valid mass ? And does that mean one mass was wrong?

>> is there only one valid mass ?

There are two forms of the same rite; both are equally valid, and both may be used.

I don't attend an SSPX mass simply because there is not one local to me. It is thanks to them that the true Latin Mass has persevered. Vatican II was a pastoral council and thus none of the changes were required to be adapted by priests or bishops. I cannot enough recognize a Catholic "Mass" nowadays thanks to V2.

Praise Lefevbre for doing what he did out of necessity for the sake of tradition and to keep the spirit of the true Mass alive today for those fortunate enough to attend.

>> There is only one valid mass, THE TRUE LATIN MASS!!!!!!!!!!

The pope and the Church disagree. This makes you schismatic.

You reject a Council of the Church. We call those who reject Trent "Protestants" - I see no reason to call those who reject Vatican II anything else. You are, for all intents and purposes, a Protestant.

You are CERTAINLY NOT a faithful Catholic.

>> Vatican II was a pastoral council and thus none of the changes were required to be adapted by priests or bishops.

That is completely in error - it is an eccumenical Council and therefore MUST be followed.

Tell me; have you actually READ the documents of Vatican II? I suspect you have not - most so-called "traditionalists" (read, dissenting schismatics) haven't.

Lefevbre needs our prayers because his salvation is in question; he was excommunicated. He is certainly NOT to be praised.

How can the church call itself a rock, or a model upon which to live your life when it evolved with Vatican I and II, and continues to evolve in the present day? I'm not saying that women shouldn't be allowed upon the altar, or that the priest shouldn't face the congregation, but when so many changes take place (i.e. The priests at Newman centers these days sound more like televangelists than believers in Canon law) how can we still call the Catholic Church that which Jesus founded?

Because the DOCTRINE has not changed. There may be many members who are flawed, but the Church is not. There is not a single doctrine which has ever changed - hence, the Church believes and teaches what Jesus believed and taught.

Well if the documents of Vatican II were distributed by more bookstores, there would be an opportunity to read them. Why are they being hidden and restricted to one source. Could it be that by hiding the actual documents modernists would have the liberty to change the faith and commit other acts of heresy.

I don't call being available for free on the official website of the Vatican "hidden"! The documents are very, very, very easily accessible. And they are available to be ordered from any bookstore.

No they are not, I have yet to visit a bookstore, library, parish, or search an online mailorder catalog that does contain copies of Vatican II. I'll grant they can be be viewed on the vatican website, but outside of that location, zip.

Vatican II is protestant in nature, so we have a case of being ant-protestant, which makes you a Catholic not a protestant.

>> Vatican II is protestant in nature

No it is not! It is an eccumenical council of the Church, held under the authority of the Pope. Anyone who denies it is a schismatic at best, and a heretic at worst.

I see no reason to allow self-identified Catholics who hate the Church to speak here. Your account is blocked.

>> No they are not

You don't know what you are talking about. I did a Google search for "documents of Vatican II" - I found dozens of different websites. I also found that Waterstones, Barnes and Noble, Borders and Amazon ALL have the documents available for purchase.

So, you are either lying or just very lazy and can't be bothered to research.

>> Vatican II teaches all religions are of God

Vatican II teaches no such thing. Vatican II teaches all religions contain SOME truth, which is demonstrably the case (all religions teach there is a supernatural world, for example). But the truth they teach is CATHOLIC truth - as there is no other truth.

God founded one religion - the Catholic religion. Which you have left ("exodus"). Which is a shame, as it is the means of your salvation.

The Church has always said Protestants were Christians - if not, why would be concerned with your changes to the true faith?

In any case, this video is not for a discussion of the various errors of the Protestant communities - Vatican II applies to Catholics alone.

Are you serious? "We declare, we proclaim, we define that it is absolutely necessary for salvation that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff." (Pope Boniface VIII, the Bull Unam Sanctam, 1302).

>> Are you serious?

Yes. You, however, seem to be attempting to make a joke. You will note that NOTHING you have quoted says "Protestants are not Christians".

You really have a comprehension problem - not only demonstrated by your inability to discern what a sentence means, but also the fact you continue to talk about something I have said this video is not a forum for.

I see no reason to deal with you (& the anti-Catholicism shown on your channel) any further. Your account is blocked.
