As this is serving as my personal log of our adventure of getting out of debt and as a tool for encouraging others I wanted to give a quick summary of months 2 and 3. Feb. is usually a good rental month for us because it is when most people start getting their taxes back. Along about November and December we starting getting calls from tenants struggling through the holidays who promise us they will get us caught up when their taxes come in. Some do and some just burn us. But this Febuary we collected about four thousand extra in delinquent rent. So we had quite a bit of additional income. I thought God might use that to really give us a jump start on some of our debt or at least in building our maintence account. We have a great deal of property and not really any savings…
