@fightinglobo06 Christianity, at least, has ALWAYS been a bribe, on top of coercian, in the forms of heaven and hell. Now at least they’re offering something that you know exists.

Love your vids but they can be depressing for an atheist. Keep ‘em coming, though. We need that “Eye On Religion”. I just wish we had the law on religion. I also wish we could have a box on our tax forms to check if we did not want our tax dollars to support any religious institutions.

Wow! Now the churches are bribing people to get them to come. With all the things that christrians have been doing lately around the world I suppose that they now need these types of tactics.

P.S.
But did not the fictional jesus character written about in the bible get mad and then take the time to construct a weapon and then violently use it against people that he was angered with; because they were using money/property in weird ways at churches? ;O)

I’m just glad to see the ACLU outed as the discriminatory bastards they are! Who could possible need more protection in a first world country than an atheist in Mississippi, yet we were refused help on numerous occasions. Once in regards to a kindergarten child terrorized by a crazed christian teacher. I hope people check this out before they write those donation checks!

I could be bribed to go to church depending on the size of the bribe.

Donate prizes to get bums in churches….lol ;)

As for the pope and immunity, typical hypocrite and cowardly behaviour. Rats-in-him and his crawlers need to be brought to secular justice.

@dawgsmycopilot They do tend to be cowardly, only taking cases of obvious discrimination that they think they can win. However, they do often win important legal victories. The problem is that 99% of the discrimination that goes on does not go to court and ordinary people have no recourse to any organization that can help them. The ACLU does good, but it only handles a small faction of the cases that need to be legally handled.

The question is, “how much will I be paid?” $20 isn’t nearly enough.

@JayPhilosopher I agree, and I am *very* happy for those who do win. As you say the average joe doesn’t have much to work with. I guess my problem is A) it was just a donation, after all and B) who could possibly need more protection- at least in America- than gays and atheists in the bible belt. I guess that’s what made it seem such an egregious offense on the part of the ACLU. To me anyway.

Judas Iscariot had a point, all this money being used by these churches to “Glorify God” through door-prizes would be better used helping the needy.
